Amazing. Outstanding. Wonderful. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Our room was right on the beach, and although it was the end of September and chilly out, I was right in the ocean!!!! And the pool is 85° all the time!!! Room was impeccably clean and very large. Staff was so friendly when we asked about sightseeing and restaurants. Definitely will return!!!

It was my wife and I first time visiting Cape Cod and we was happy with the service, room, and staff. Most importantly Tom was great at accommodating from the time we booked our reservations until we arrived. We will definitely be back with friends and family! Thanks again Tom!

Great location and views. My only issue was the noise from the bar and courtyard. The bar blasts out the music from 3-10pm so it’s hard to relax when that’s playing all day and evening. We also had guests blasting music past the cut off (10am) and the hotel staff struggled to manage the situation as it went on from 10pm to 12am…. We probably wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it to friends.

Stopped in for a little Beach time n drinks. Weather was perfect, view amazing!!! Water, gorgeous!!! Didn't have time for food but menu looked great!

If you're looking for a place on the ocean, I would recommend Three Seasons. Beds are big and comfortable, every room has an ocean view. Custom service is tops 👍👏

We just got back an hour ago. This resort was recommended from my brother who has been a few times. We absolutely loved it! Rooms were so clean. View was amazing (had oceanfront). Nice that beach chairs were provided. Beach was clean. Great for families or couples. Enjoyed some drinks at the Tiki Bar and was amazing to be able to sit on the beach at night. And no one is ever is your parking spot. We left for a quick breakfast and by the time we were back the room had already been cleaned. We will Definately be back. I miss it already!
